Please download a Gift Aid Declaration Form below. Gift Aid allows organisations with registered charity status (such as St John's) to claim back tax on donations. This is only applicable if the giver is a registered UK tax payer.

All single donations are welcome. Please send these to St John's address, along with a gift aid form. If you would like to set up a standing order to St John's, please download a Standing Order from the menu to the left.
