Space for Hire
The church itself is available for hire, as is the hall beneath the church (the Undercroft). THE SPACE is a new Community, Arts and Business environment in West London; a place for inspiration, celebration, performance, community, work and pleasure.
The Church itself can be hired for music concerts and other events. The hire Charge is £300 in the summer months and £400 in the winter, to cover heating expenses. Certain users, such as charitable causes and schools, might be charged less at the discretion of the Parish Office. Reduced start-up rates will be considered, so that new ventures may gain in popularity before the full rates are charged. A deposit of £250 is also required.
For music concerts, the Church has a Yamaha baby grand piano available to hirers. Musicians will need to bring their own music stands, and anything else that is required beyond the piano.
The Church has a kitchen for refreshments. Any items of cutlery used must be cleaned and replaced by users. Plates and dinner cutlery, enough for 50 guests, can be hired for an extra £35. If required, these must also be cleaned and dried at the end of the evening by the user.
The Church has disabled toilet facilities.
The Space at st john's
It consists of three individual 5m X 4m meeting rooms with LCD screens and wireless broadband. It has a 4m X 6m kitchen that can provide tea, coffee and cakes etc. for the meeting rooms, or a more expansive catering to support performance and entertainment activities in either the church gallery or the main body of the church.
The Undercroft is a large hall, approx. 20 by 45 feet, with capacity for up to 50 people. It has recently been renovated, with bright colours and a vinyl flooring.
It is available for hire outside of Nursery hours, which is after 7.15pm on weekdays, and throughout the weekend.
Current charges (September 2015) are:
Regular users (weekly): £35 per hour, or £70 for up to three hours
Parties (Children or Adults): £250

The Undercroft has kitchen and bathroom facilities, including disabled toilets. Plates and dinner cutlery, enough for 50 guests, can be hired for an extra £35. If required, these must be cleaned and dried at the end of the evening by the user. There are also tables and chairs for 50 people available.
The Undercroft must be left clean and tidy, as it is found, by all users.
